Welcome to Gambia Project Management (GPM). By using our limousine rental services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience.

Limousine Options
We offer two types of limousines for rental:

10 Passenger Chrysler 300 Stretch Limo

Ford Lincoln Town Car 120” Stretch
Booking and Payment

Minimum Booking Duration: All bookings must be made for a minimum of two hours.

Payment: All payments must be made in cash or online prior to the service, based on the latest prices listed on our website at the time of booking.

Additional Charges: Any additional charges for special requests or services must be communicated and agreed upon prior to the service.
Service Inclusions

Personal Chauffeur and Tour Guide: Each rental includes a personal chauffeur and tour guide at no extra cost.

Fuel Costs: Fuel costs are included in the rental price.

Fully-Stocked Limousine: For an additional $50, payable in person, clients can enjoy a fully-stocked limousine with beverages, luxury chocolates, premium potato chips, savory sandwiches, and fresh fruits. Please inform us of any allergies in advance.
Hourly Charges and Grace Period

Hourly Rates: We charge on an hourly basis.

Grace Period: A grace period of 30 minutes is provided. If the ride exceeds an hour by up to 30 minutes, you will only be charged for one hour. Beyond that, you will be charged for two hours.
Client Responsibilities

Liability for Damages: Clients are liable for any damages they cause to the limousine and will be billed accordingly.

Pets: Pets are not allowed unless pre-approved by GPM.

Bringing Food and Beverages: Clients are not permitted to bring their own food and beverages unless pre-approved by GPM.

Special Assistance

Clients with Disabilities: Clients with disabilities or mobility issues requiring special assistance should book at least 24 hours in advance by calling (+220) 2743275 or emailing bookings@luxurylimoservices.vip.

Travel and Road Conditions

Road Conditions: Limousines will only travel to locations with good road conditions to protect the vehicles. In some cases, clients may need to walk 10-15 minutes from the main road to their destination, accompanied by a tour guide.

Standard Coverage Area: Standard charges apply to trips within the Greater Banjul Area, Kanifing Municipality, or Brikama Area Council.

Trips Outside Standard Area: For trips outside these areas or requiring an overnight stay, requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance, and additional charges will be communicated.
